Cancellation Policy.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. The cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions.
It is not possible to combine a subscription with by now pay later schemes like Klarna. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at the time of ordering. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by us after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your payment card each month and you will get the products delivered to your home each month, without the need to for you to place the order again. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
Please note subscriptions cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts (including but not limited to the ‘Slow Sunday Times’ Newsletter). You can add products to your subscription at any time. If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed you will automatically receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
If you don't want to renew a subscription you can pause or cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can only do so after the second subscription order has been placed i.e. a minimum of two orders.
